Don't Believe the Lies About You

Words have been spoken about you that have been negative and for some reason it is so easy to remember those kinds of words. I can remember easily things that were said to me in my youth that were unkind but I sure have to work hard to remember the kind, positive, encouraging words that were spoken to me. Crazy as it seems, that is how most of our minds think. Some of us just don't imagine that God could think any thing good, kind, or wonderful about us. He wants us to know (through His word-the Bible) that he knows us intimately- better than we know ourselves and yet He thinks we are wonderful- maybe not our actions...but He loves us beyond all we could imagine or ever know until we see Him in heaven. Think about that. If you have never asked Jesus into your heart, this is a great time to do it. You have heard negative things about christians but it comes from those who haven't a clue as to what they are talking about when it comes to the things of God. Christians are not perfect but we have a relationship with The One Who Is. Get to know HIM. He would love to be your Savior and Lord and the personal relationship you were created to have always!
