Great message from God

•God knows all about you and he still loves you. It is hard to believe. If you are a believer in Jesus you have already taken the first step in understanding God's love. The scripture that most people like to quote about that is: John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever shall believe in him shall not perish but have eternal life. We are all potential "whosoevers" so we could all come to an understanding of God loving us. God IS in love with you. He wants you to receive that love and really get it inside you to where you don't doubt it but you are fully convinced of His love for you. That might sound hard and impossible to some of you. You think the only way you could get to that point is by being perfect. When God looks at you he sees the perfection of Jesus. Time to stop looking at your faults and shortcomings and start looking at yourself the way He does. If God says He loves you (and He does) then who are you to tell Him he doesn't? Accept and receive His love, read His Word, pray, worship Him, praise Him, and move forward in the things of the Lord , knowing that you are unconditionally loved. Be Blessed!









GOD WANTS YOU TO KNOW THIS

I really believe this is the best news you could hear from God... that He loves you unconditionally. Yet this hub of mine is the least trafficked of all of mine. To tell you the truth, if only one person viewed this and took it to heart, it would be well worth it to me. The best deal of the millenium and many don't care. The Lord is in love with the people He created. When I say in love, it is hard for many of us to imagine that God could care so much for us; or specifically YOU. Here is the deal; He loves you every moment of the day with an intensity that you cannot fathom. When you blow it, that doesn't change or waiver. He isn't like some people; maybe your mother or father or friends that let you know that if you don't measure up they don't quite care for you today. When you do it their way, then your back on the top of the list. The Lord is not like that at all. Don't put human failures on God. He is perfect all of the time and He loves you all of the time. When you get saved, the Bible says that your name is written in the Book of Life. How many of you have photo albums of loved ones? Especially you parents who have pictures of your kids when they were little. If you are like most parents and you take out your pictures, as soon as you look at the baby pictures, you get the "warm fuzzies" God opens His Book of Life and has that warm feeling too. Now I am taking poetic license here but I want to illustrate to you how God feels about you. This is only a glimpse of His heart. His love goes much deeper than this. His love for us is as the Bible says, "as high as the heavens are from the earth and as far as the east is from the west." Can't measure that can we? (well I can't). Just to be clear, He loves all unbelievers with this intensity as well. But we make the choice whether to love Him back and accept His gift of Jesus who died for our sins. To all the saved and unsaved who read this; God loves you and is calling you to an understanding of that love; so the saved can intensify their relationship with Him and the unbeliever can receive the Lover of their soul. ANOTHER GREAT MESSAGE FOR YOU

Another great message God wants you to know is that His plan for you is a great plan; it was never His plan when you were conceived for you to be a failure, a drug addict, unsaved, etc. He would not leave you without hope. God wants you to know that if you don't have a relationship with Him, that you can; a close personal relationship. Just ask him into your heart to be your Savior and Lord. Get a Bible-there are a lot of free ones. You can also get them cheaply from thrift stores and some churches will give you used ones for free. Some ministries on TV will send you a free Bible as well. Read the book of John in the beginning of the New Testament. Easy to find...Mathew, Mark, Luke, and JOHN. John is God's love letter to you. If you are a saved person and you need to be reminded that God has a great purpose and plan for your life, read your Bible again and pray and ask the Lord to show you his love for you and you will not be disapointed. Maybe you just need to look at the cross and also remember His nail-scarred hands that say to you "I love you and I care for you and I will help you...you are not forgotten!"Just know He will make a way where there seems to be no way. God was kind and loving enough to send angels and announce to the shepherds for all of the world to know that He sends a Savior for us to have peace and a relationship with God.



All that God is to us and for us only gets better from this point.



Through Jesus, God is continually reaching out to us with his love. All we need do is accept HIM.

This sounds like the simplest message of all. How can I say this is THE Great message from God? You might say," what gives you the right to speak on God's behalf?" The Message to anyone who reads this is that GOD LOVES YOU. Realize this, that His love for you is constant, does'nt waiver, is more intense than you could ever hope for. Even as I write this he is loving you. I would say his love for you is a "verb" because he is actively loving you. He knows everything about you and yet He loves you just the same.That is THE best message to you for today.

STOP THE WORLD, I WANT TO GET OFF!!

Stop the world, I want to get off! What do I mean by that? To me, that means that the older I get and the closer that I get to the Lord, I want less to do with the things of the world. Now don't get the impression that I want to leave this world to go to heaven at this time. I have things to do here and a family and friends and God has a purpose and plan for my life that I desire to continue to fulfill. Does this mean I live without good things? Does this mean that I should sell my home and give all proceeds to the poor? No. That is goofy- at least for my life and what I am talking about. Now if the Lord has told YOU to do that I won't get in your way. However, I believe if the Lord were to say that to you, He would have a plan down the road of blessing for you. I don't think the Lord would "withhold any good thing" from you. If you do give on  His behalf, He will bless you. Right now the Lord has not told me to do something like that. My husband and I tithe and give offerings on a regular basis so I totally believe in that. I also totally believe in giving in big ways. I am just saying that where there are kids involved you should KNOW the voice of the Lord when it comes to giving things like your house away. Now that being said, what I am talking about is living the LIFESTYLE of the world. Can you live like the MTV crowd and walk with the Lord? Doubtful. You can't live a promiscuous lifestyle and live like "hell" all week long and then go to church and expect the Lord to bless you and protect you. Jesus didn't die on the cross so that you could do whatever you want and call it all good and go on your way with the attitude that you can do whatever you want to do. That's just throwing the cross in His face. Disrespecting the cross is what that is. Yes, God loves you immensely,constantly no matter what but that doesn't get you a free pass to be foolish and get into heaven. If you think that you can do what you want and then at the last minute repent and get into heaven; that is "foolisher than foolish" and you will probably die without an opportunity to change things because you will have gotten into a pattern of putting it off and then when the time comes for you to call on the Lord at your last minute, you will be caught unaware. Don't take a chance and wait and be foolish. The secret is that God has a plan for your life that is so much better than anything you could come up with. It would bring you joy and good things. So, take the step now and give your heart to Jesus. Don't be foolish and put it off. If you think you are happy with the way things are; the devil has you deceived up to your eyeballs -at least! Nothing is better than having God in your life. Make a wise decision today. Settle your eternity. Settle you relationship with God and move forward to a great life with HIM. Be Blessed.

KNOW JESUS THROUGH HIS WORD; NOT BY WHAT YOU'VE HEARD!

Yes, you need to know Jesus by his WORD. What has inspired this post is that I have been reading some posts in the Christian/ Christian Living section on Hubpages where I also write. The person who asked the question, "Does God still speak to His people?" gave her answer which was very knowledgeable and well written. However, the people that answer are another story. Yes, there are some obvious Christians who also answered according to the Word but there were plenty of people that make it up as they go along and their version of God is in some alternative universe.There are also some that obviously hate anything to do with God. They also are not very fond of Christians as a whole. Some of their babble is incredibly ignorant and filled with hate and anger of all things God and yet they can't seem to find anything more in their lives to do than to continue to come back time and time again to give their opinions. My personal thinking on their opinions are that God does not care what you opinion on something is; it is His opinion that matters. Well some say that sounds harsh but,"Hello, He's God. He's right and if you don't have the same opinion as God then guess what? You are wrong." If they can't take that well they can't face the truth. Now when I say this I am not saying God does not care for you because He cares about all that concerns you and He loves you more than you could ever know but that doesn't mean that you get to be right when you are wrong. God is always right and they need to get their opinions lined up with God's Word. Life goes so much better when you think and do things God's way. So why do these people keep coming back day after day?? Good grief, they must be on the computer all of the time. It is very time consuming to read through people's questions and then give your ignorant opinion on who God is. Then they want to pick a fight with believers. Oh Brother! The cooky way of the world. That is why they need Jesus...set their minds free from dumb thoughts all of the time. BE BLESSED

You are a most awesome God. Jesus, you are the Bright and Morning Star. There is none like you. You are the Way, the Truth, the Light. No one comes to the Father, but through You. You are Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Prince of Peace. Lord you are adorable, beautiful, everlasting, eternal, amazing, incredible, fantastic. I worship you and praise your mighty name; Jesus. Thank you Lord for all you do for me; for loving me, for taking care of me; for all that you give me. Every good gift and perfect gift is from  the Father above. Praise your holy name. Praise you in the heavens; praise you in all the earth. Let everything that hath breath; PRAISE YE THE LORD!

Can't Get Enough of GOD

If you  love HIM, You can't get enough of God. What do I mean by that? God is with you all of the time and if you are born-again, you have a relationship with Him. He is always with you. So if someone is with you, should you ignore them? You might say, I can't talk to God every second of the day. Well, that's not exactly what I am saying, however, when you are a believer, then you can be mindful of him all of the time. The Holy Spirit is with you, Jesus is in your heart so They should be in your consciousness all of the time. It is good to acknowledge the Lord each and every day. In the morning you can start your day by praying, reading the word, or if you are not a morning person, at least say,"Hello" to Him.That is a better start on your day than nothing at all. My point with this post is; the more you talk to Him, acknowledge Him, the more you want of Him...you  can't get enough of God. The more you talk to Him, the more you will begin to hear Him respond to you. It is not that He only "speaks when spoken to," but if you're not mindful of Him, not talking to Him not taking time for Him, then you won't hear what He is saying to you. God wants to communicate with His people, but if  you aren't listening, or you don't believe He will talk to you then you most likely will not hear him. If you are one of those people who have been told God doesn't speak to "regular folk" then you need a mind change. If it is hard for you to believe but you really would like to communicate with God and hear Him talk back, then if you come to Him with a sincere heart to hear from Him, you will hear. God will never speak anything that goes against His Word. He will never tell you He does not love you. He won't tell you to kill someone or anything like that. He will tell you He loves you and to follow Him. He will encourage you to fulfill His will for your life and it won't be something that you are unable to do. If you are an artist, He won't tell you to be a bookkeeper (unless you love both things) He won't tell you to live in a way that goes against His word. The more you reach out to the Lord, the more you'll be blessed with the wonderful gifts He gives to His people. Some of those gifts are; joy, peace, love, hope, faith, etc., Those are just some of the spiritual gifts He gives us. He gives us physical gifts too like healing, financial, relationships,etc. God is a giver. That is His nature; He loves to give good gifts to His People. Let the Lord speak to you and receive what He has to say, trusting that your life will be so much better, fuller, and richer for it.  Once you get into a relationship with the Lord, you will just want more of Him and like the title says, you can't get enough of God. Economically Challenged? Tithe!

Yes, these are economically challenging times. I am not an economist nor any kind of financial advisor. So what do I know about economics? Not much there either but I do know about God's laws of reciprocity.Yes God has spiritual laws. One of them is tithing. One Tenth of your income. This is to the believer. Now this is not a pre-payment for God to do you favors. God can't be bought off because guess what...He owns everything anyway. Bill Gates may think it is all his but in the blink of an eye it could all be gone. Same with Donald Trump; what he owns is fleeting and subject to change. If you are one of those church goers that thinks that all of the preachers just want your money and they are continually trying to separate it from you, then your head is in the wrong place. Here is the deal in plain language: Tithing isn't so God can get to your wealth; it is so he can add to your wealth of blessings. Tithing is used for the churches and ministeries to spread the Gospel (good news) of Jesus Christ. It is used to bless other people etc. When a ministry blesses people and gets them saved by way of your money, it is you also getting credit, spiritually speaking. The other spiritual benefit that you get from releasing your money that you want to hold onto so tightly is; you have just taken a step in saying to God that you trust Him with your needs-with your life.You are saying to Him that He is more important than anything else in your life. You are obeying God. The Bible says that obedience is better that sacrifice. Plus, the Bible tells us to tithe- It even says that if we don't tithe we are robbing from God. A God robber. Ouch!  I don't want that to be said of me, do you?  We all need to be reminded. The word also says that God loves a cheerful giver. Proof that you trust the Lord is that you give joyfully.  Don't make the person taking the collections have to pry the money out of your tight fist. Don't let spiritual riggamortis set in. If you give joyfully then joy will follow you  in other areas of your life. You can't put a price on that. Be Blessed!

Salvation Means God Loves You

Salvation means God loves you. If you have doubts that God loves you, He sure has gone to a lot of trouble to make it easy to spend eternity in heaven with Him. That is a long time for Him to want to be with you. If you are not saved then you need to know that the Creator of the universe wanted you to be with Him forever and so He sent His one and only Son, Jesus to die on the cross for you because He loves you. Not generic you, take a number and get in line you, but YOU specifically whom He knows down to every wonderful and awful detail of your being. You were created for a purpose and a plan and He wants to help you fulfil it. First you start by asking Jesus into your heart (life) and  He will come and help you to be the person you were created to be. If you are saved already and you still have a hard time believing that the Lord always loves you then read the rest of my posts. Read the beginning of the New Testement again and keep reading until you really get that Jesus IS the "Lover of your soul." That is what I love to call Him, "The Lover of my soul"  Just keep saying that to yourself and to Him. Soon you will get it! You will feel more joyful and have a closer relationship with the Lord. Let's Get Serious With God

Let's get serious with God. I am talking to born-again believers in Jesus. It is time to get down to serious business with the Lord. If you think that I only blog about this subject, all of my other posts clearly want you to know about God's love for you and how He can give you the victory. That being said, we don't have the luxury of sitting around and listening to everything the world has to say--especially about christians, Israel, or Jesus. Like I have said in the past," They don't know what they are talking about." Their opinion is not what is important; it is Jesus's opinion that matters first and foremost. If you call yourself a christian, then you have no business voting for men and women that support abortion. If you do, the blood is on your hands too. Sorry if that makes you mad at me but what you do in the ballot box really does matter spiritually. If you vote for someone because of the color of their skin, their gender, or party affiliation, and not the content of their character and they continually vote for every form of abortion; you have to answer to the Lord for that. Sounds harsh? So is your voting record. So if you don't like what I am saying (this is to believers) then have a talk with the Lord and see what He has to say about this. Also, read the Word and get some revelation. God hates the shedding of innocent blood. Just to make it clear the beauty of God is His love and forgiveness. If you have voted foolishly in the past or you have even had an abortion and have never taken it to the Lord then it is very important for you to go to the Lord with it and ask His forgiveness and he will not turn you away but cleanse you as white as the new fallen snow. He not only will forgive you but will never remember your sins. Don't bring it up again, go on with God, and fulfil His calling on your life.
Back to being serious with God. We can no longer straddle the fence or try to hang out in the middle of the road. You have to take a stand. You can't live like the rest of the world all week long and then go to church and act like some spiritual bigwig. Don't expect to get blessed doing that. If you're thinking like the world, then you need to acquire the mind of Christ. If you go to a church that just "plays" church and there is a lot of gossipping especially by those in charge, (I don't care if you have been going there all of your life), you need to RUN not walk to a bible-believing,Spirit-filled, people-loving, Jesus-loving (get the picture?)on fire for the things of God-church! Get set free of a world-centered life to a Jesus-is-everything-to-me-life. Then you are on the road to victory. AND remember- there is nothing the Lord can't forgive, set you free from, bring you to your calling if you just give it all to Him. Don't listen to the voice that says, "You can't or give up or forget it." That is just the voice of the devil (the defeated one) trying to get you to quit...to give up on yourself. Don't do that because Jesus never will. Go deeper with Him. Receive more from Him than ever before. Go to Him not from Him. You have nothing valuable to loose and every good and perfect gift to gain. BE BLESSED!

GOD IS WITH YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY

Did you know that God is with you every moment of every day? He isn't there to see what you do wrong and then write it down in his book to keep score and then at the end of your life if your bad "doings" outweigh your good "doings" then you go to hell and vice versa ;if the good outweighs the bad then you get to go to heaven. According to the Bible, it doesn't work like that. If you ask Jesus into your heart, ask him to forgive your sins so you can be born again then you can go to heaven. There is a book for that and christians refer to it as the Lambs Book of Life. When you are born again, the Lord writes YOUR name in it with everyone else who has ever accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior.Now some people want to continue to run their lives the way they always have and expect to get blessed. When you get born again you don't want to stop there you want to also make Jesus Lord of your life. What that means is you give your life over to Jesus as well as get born again (or saved which means saved from hell). Don't be afraid to put your life into the hands of the master, the creator of the universe. He is so much more than that. He would do what is best for you; not what YOU think is best for you. Guess what? What He has for you, for your future is much better than you have planned. His word says that He has a plan for us that is a plan of hope and a plan to prosper us and not a plan of harm us. Don't believe the lie that says that God wants to beat you down and for you to fail. Now God will let you fail in the things that aren't good for you but he will have you to succeed at things that will bless and benefit you and give glory to Him. So the Lord is with you every step of the way, whether you are not doing such a good job at making good choices, or totally messing your life up. He wants to encourage you and be there for you every step of the way and see you through to victory in your life choices. Remember, His mercies are new every day and He is full of loving kindness and He is also L O N G S U F F E R I N G with you and me. That means He gives us chance after chance to get to where He wants us to be. He totally loves you and wants a great life for you. He is saying to you that you should want a great life for yourself too. Let Him give you one and let His love come into you and change you with a joy and peace you have never known or haven't known for a very long time. The time is now. Be Blessed!

God Wants You To Be A Success

God wants you to be a success. For some of you that is almost impossible to believe. Many of us think in financial terms when we hear the word success. That is just a portion in the "success pie." Believe it or not, God actually wants you to be a success in EVERY area of your life. Now it is different for each person because we all have different interests and talents which is how God created you. The first area that God wants you to have success is your spiritual life because you need to know Him in order for everything else to come into a place of success. Some of you think that so many unbelievers are successful so why do I need God? Well, here is their dirty little secret; they just appear successful but they aren't. Look at Hollywood and all of the actors that get divorced. What must their home life be like to have such unsuccessful marriages? Many of them have substance abuse problems and others to put it frankly, just have ungodly lifestyles. Actors can act happy that is why they are A-list actors. Acting is being skilled at pretending to be someone or something that they are not. Many are successful in the acting world and they do produce lots of money but they are very unsuccessful at life. You can't put a price on peace or joy or love. If you don't know Jesus as Savior and Lord you don't know what it is to be at peace with the Creator of the universe, the Lover of your soul. When you know Him, that is true joy and security and success. Is living in fear of what is to come in this world being successful? Many are worried about the economy , global warming stories, health care,etc. but seem to shove aside a relationship with God who created them and loves them.
God does want you to succeed in your finances. When you do, you can contribute more to the kingdom of God. If you are a believer and I am making you mad by stating this then what I simply state to you is if you don't want to be financially blessed then I ask the Lord for your portion to come to me. I say, "Why let it go to waste?" Let God bless you in every area of your life. Then you can be a greater witness to the goodness of God. People will see you full of the joy of the Lord, peace, love, family blessings, spiritual blessings and yes, financial blessings. They will want what you have. This is who God is...a God who is in love with people and wants to give good things to them. These are things you can ask God for however, He is the most wise God and let Him say when, how, and all of the specifics. Let Him give to you exactly what you need, who you need, when, etc., tailor made especially for you. He created us and knows our needs, our desires, and what is best for each of us. If you get the impression that I am calling God some kind of butler that we boss around then you have misread and misunderstood what I am saying. I will restate that God loves you and knows you personally and therefore He knows what is best for each of us. He gives us all different gifts and talents and we are to use them for His glory. To whom much is given, much is required. Life is never perfect but you can trust the Lord to see you through each day of your life with many successes along the way. Be Blessed!

GOD WANTS YOU TO HAVE JOY

Yes, God wants you to have joy. Joy is so important for your life. The Bible says that, "The joy of the Lord is your strength." Joy is not the same as being happy. Happiness is dependant on circumstances in your life; if you have someone to love you, or a happy family, or you have lots of money or you are popular at school or work, or you have the best job in the world, a new car, or you are able to travel or meet famous people,etc., then you are happy. Joy is what you have, even when you don't have all OR any of these things. You can't get real joy anywhere except from the Lord. To expand that verse, it says,"In His presence is fullness of joy." Then it says, "The joy of the Lord is my strength." Every believer (in Jesus) should be full of the joy of the Lord. Then every believer would be strong in the things of the Lord and in daily life. We should be a shining light, right? The Word says to let our lights so shine before all men (mankind). What is the light inside of you? You should be shining joy being strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. If you are always unsure of God's love for you and will He take care of you and basically insecure about the things of the Lord, you have not been feeding on the "meat of the Word," you have been taking in the milk of the word also known as "baby food." Now if you have only been saved a very short time, then this can be common unless you are going to a good "Word" church and are spiritually ravenous.However, if you have been saved a while and you have been going to a church that is more of a social club or only stories are preached and not the Word of God, you need to RUN not walk to a Bible believing, people loving, Spirit- filled church and start feeding on the WORD of the living God. Then you will begin to see that God loves you and wants you to have joy in your life. Maybe you already know about the joy of the Lord but you have put Him on the back burner and so you haven't felt the love or the joy of God. Just remember it is not God withholding His love or joy; He is always ready, willing, and able to give to you. Don't stand "afar off". Come back to Him, He has been waiting all along for you to return to your first love! God has so much for all of us who will receive from Him. In these days that are so uncertain for so many, we desperately need the joy of the Lord. Let's face it; stuff happens to all of us but we can face it and go through it with the love and joy and strength that God has for us. Now is the time to receive what you need from God. He loves to give good gifts to us because He is a giving God. Be Blessed!

TAKE YOUR GRIEF TO THE LORD

Take your grief to the Lord. God created us to love because He is love. That is why we grieve. It all has to do with loss of a loved one. It can be a faithful pet or a person that we hold dear, someone we loved deeply. It can be a friend or family member. The closer we are, the harder it seems to get over the loss. Grief is a God-created outlet like crying. When we do it we are able to let out the pain we feel inside. That is healthy and necessary for recovery. Key word - recovery. God didn't create us to grieve forever. That can be worse than not grieving at all. Some reasons people don't let the grieving follow the healthy course and let it come to a healthy end is they don't feel like they really remember that person if they still aren't grieving or they feel guilty that they don't feel bad enough and so they feel the need to continue it. Also, the person might feel that they didn't really love them if they are starting to feel better so they continue to perpetuate the grief. Some people develop very strong bonds together like the wonderful romances you see in the movies and very few people really ever have and so it is so hard to get over the loss to the point that some people die soon after a loved one. Some people are afraid that their loved one will be hurt if they don't continue to grieve. And this will sound cruel but I believe it is true and not meant to hurt anyone but some people like the attention they got when their loved one died that they continue the "poor me" for attention. Some people refuse to be comforted. Like I said, grieving is necessary but so is a healthy conclusion. Just so you know, I am not a counselor, a therapist, or a shrink etc. What I am is someone who lost my parents in 1992 within six months of each other from separate illnesses; my dad lung cancer and my mother complications due to diabetes. I come from a close, loving, christian family. I loved my parents deeply and missed them more than you know. I saw them weekly and talked with my mother almost daily. I say this so that you can see I know what I am talking about. I know the Lord as many things to me. At this moment in my life, He was my Healer; the healer of my heart but I had to make the decision to draw my strength from Him. I had to decide that I would be comforted; I had to decide to go to church and if I just sat there and cried, that was OK. I had to decide to enter in to praise and worship. I had to decide to reach out to the Lord. I had to decide to talk to friends and family and comfort them. I had to decide that I will allow the Lord to bring me through to a healthy conclusion of my grief. It is not hard. The Lord will meet you in your grief right where you are and put His arms around you and help you in your time of need. If you have been hanging on to your grief for too long, now is the time to Take Your Grief To The Lord. Know he wants you to be healthy in your mind and emotions. What good are you to the living if you continue to grieve for the dead. Your loved one would not want you to wallow in grief and misery, they would want you to remember them lovingly and go on in your life and touch as many people as you can in their time of need. Get your healing from the Lord and then reach out and bless as many as you can by showing them the way to being healed and then they can also do likewise. Remember your loved one by blessing others; they would be proud of you. Be Blessed!

NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH GOD

It is true, nothing is impossible with God. There is however, one thing that God cannot do; He cannot lie! There, now that THAT is out of the way, you need to find promises in God's word (Bible) and believe them. One scripture that I like is; my God shall supply all of my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. We all have needs, wants, desires, hopes, plans, etc. Finding God's plan for you is the best thing you can do in your life (as long as you follow after it). So many people are so busy "doing things for the Lord" that they haven't taken time to find out if that is what He would have them to do. They try to "fake it 'til they make it." They get burned out doing the "Lord's will" and they have no pleasure in doing these things and think it is just their "lot in life" and hope when they get to heaven then they will at least be rewarded. Take the time to find out what God would have especially for to do in the kingdom. Do you like to write, sing, draw, paint, work on cars, do something with electronics, talk to people, help people , pray for people, garden, etc.? These sound like worldly things but the Lord can take things like this and use you in the Kingdom/church/ministry. You should have JOY in your serving the Lord or you can't go on because it says "The JOY of the Lord is your strength!" God can show you the way in every area of your life, whether it is your spiritual life, work, family, friends, financial, physical,etc. His desire is not that you would fail so He can teach you something but that you would succeed so that He can teach you something. Of course we all have failings and shortcomings which is why I say,Nothing is Impossible with God. Give those things to God and where you couldn't pull yourself through, He will. Where you couldn't see A way to go in some rough circumstances He is THE WAY and will show you the way to go. Maybe you are struggling with addictions and the thought of ever being without it seems so far fetched and unbelievable that you barely dare ask the Lord's help and you think after all you got yourself into this mess and it doesn't seem right to ask the Lord for help because before you got into this mess you remember hearing a still small voice that said don't do that or don't go there but you were weak or rebellious or you wanted to fit in and so you did it anyway and you have been paying for it ever since and you feel a little guilty because you blamed your addiction on the Lord because you believed He wanted to get "even" with you for disobeying Him. Now your eyes are open and you see that He loves you and has a plan for you that is just for you because you are uniquely and wonderfully made and God loves you and hasn't forgotten about you. He has been waiting all along while you have been doing things your way and messing things up. He has NEVER given up on you; He has been waiting for you to come to Him and let Him help you and witness His awesome majesty, beauty, glory, power, and love. When you believe there was no hope for you, God is there to turn it around. He wants to work on your behalf and help bring you to victory. All you have to do is take a step of faith and ask for His help. The Bible says that if we ask him for a loaf of bread; He won't give us a stone instead. Ask Him for wisdom to know what to do in your life because the word says that if we ask for wisdom He will give it freely to us. You can't beat a deal like that! Here is the big secret a lot of people don't know; God is on your side. Nothing is impossible with God. Therefore, ALL things are possible with God. BE BLESSED!

TAKE IT TO THE LORD

So many times we have problems or we are going through something and we just don't know what to do but there is the One who created the heavens and the universe and also you and He knows exactly what to do. But your fear is that how will he tell you or how will you know? Other people seem to know when the Lord is speaking to them. Many people believe that the Lord speaks only through His Word (also known as the Bible) and not any other way but God is greater than that and He will speak to you in whatever way He chooses that will get to you. He desires to help you through whatever you need help with. Why not ask him for guidance in whatever task you take on even if you know or think you know the way. It is a good habit to ask the Lord for His input in everything you do. His ways are higher than our ways, He knows the beginning from the end. His will for you is to live a life of victory even in the storms of life. How can you live victorious when every thing is crashing down around you? Well, while things seem to be going from bad to worse take the time to pray AND praise him and see what He will do for you. While you are going through these things He will give you peace, joy, hope, love,and much more. So, remember, take it to the Lord from now on for a better life. Be Blessed!

God is the Answer to all of Your Needs

There is a Scripture that I have always liked. "But my God shall supply all of my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus." I believe it. The Lord has always taken care of me. It does says all of my NEEDS not all of my WANTS. Those are two different things. If you had everything that you ever wanted, you would probably be a spoiled brat and totally unmotivated. You really wouldn't be fulfilled at all. On the other side of the coin so to speak, some people think that "needs" means that God will just barely get you by...only the essentials in life. That isn't true either. God desires to bless His people but there are some things that we are required to do. No it isn't a catch. It is called the laws of reciprocity. It has to do with being a giver. The scripture says to give and it shall be given, good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over...Even if your not saved, that is a law that is in effect, if you're a giver. If your motive gift is giving, you will always have a desire to give to people even if you are not saved. Motive gifts are a whole other post so I won't go into that right now. So if you are a Christian, you should be tithing on a regular basis. Tithe means 1/10 of your income. Did I hear a gulp from some of you? That is what you give to your church where you get fed the Word every week. If you are not getting "fed" then you should run not walk to a church where the word of God is preached unashamedly. If you have been getting spiritual baby food for many years, it might be hard to swallow the meat of the word at first, but hang in and receive what the Lord has for you. The whole purpose of my blog site is to talk about God's love for you. Know this, that He will bless you in many good ways. Some of us only think of finances, which is one but He will also give to you peace. PEACE...priceless! Rich people can't buy that commodity. You can go to bed at night and lay your head upon your pillow in peace. Does that mean you will never have anymore problems? Uh,no. BUT the Lord will see you through them and give you peace and hope while you do go through them. How does God do that? I really don't know, I just know that He does. Are you going through some situations and you don't know what to do? His word also says to ask him for wisdom and He will give it to you. Let's ask for that daily and see how our lives improve! Remember that He loves you and will help you, just reach out to him and ask. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. BE Blessed!

GOD IS AMAZING!

MOST PEOPLE DON'T REALIZE JUST HOW AMAZING GOD IS AND I AM NO EXCEPTION. WE MUST CONTINUALLY REMIND OURSELVES OF THE GREATNESS AND AWESOMENESS OF GOD. WHY DO WE FORGET THE MIGHTY THINGS HE HAS DOME? WELL, WE HEAR AND SEE ON THE NEWS SO MANY BAD THINGS THAT THAT IS WHAT WE FOCUS ON. IF WE READ HIS WORD DAILY, THEN WE WILL FOCUS MORE ON HIS GOODNESS AND SEE THROUGH OUR SPIRITUAL EYES THE WONDERFUL THINGS HE HAS DONE FOR US. SOME PEOPLE WANT GOD TO POINT THIS OUT TO THEM BECAUSE THEY FIND IT SO DIFFICULT TO SEE THE LORD'S HAND IN THEIR LIVES. MAYBE HE WANTS YOU TO TAKE A CHALLENGE AND LOOK FOR THEM YOURSELF. MANY TIMES AS I HAVE PASSED A CAR ACCIDENT I HAVE THANKED THE LORD THAT I WAS RUNNING A LITTLE LATER THAN I WANTED. I SEE THAT I WAS SPARED BEING INVOLVED IN THAT CRASH. HERE IS THE ONE YOU DON'T NOTICE OR PAY ATTENTION TO...WHEN YOU DRIVE ALL DAY LONG AND YOU SEE NO ACCIDENTS, PERHAPS YOU CAME AHEAD OF THEM??? MAYBE YOU WILL NOTICE IF IT IS ON THE NEWS AND YOU JUST CAME THROUGH BEFORE IT HAPPENED. EVERY DAY THAT YOU THINK IS JUST ANOTHER DAY GIVE THANKS FOR THAT DAY. GOD WATCHED OVER YOU IN SPITE OF YOURSELF.
GOD WILL HELP YOU IN ALL OF THE DAY TO DAY THINGS IN LIFE. SOMETIMES YOU FEEL THE NEED TO SAY SOMETHING OR WRITE SOMETHING UNKIND OR NEGATIVE AND YOU GET THIS "STOP," ALSO REFERRED TO AS A "CHECK IN YOUR SPIRIT." THAT IS THE LORD HELPING YOU TO NOT SAY SOMETHING YOU WILL REGRET. IF YOU IGNORE THAT YOU WILL PROBABLY HAVE SOME REGRETS.
THE LORD WANTS TO BE THERE FOR YOU IN EVERY CIRCUMSTANCE THAT YOU FACE. HE IS THE ONE THAT CAN GIVE YOU PEACE THAT PASSESS ALL UNDERSTANDING. THAT IS A PEACE AND CALM WHEN THERE ARE STORMS ABOUT YOU.BE SECURE IN THE KNOWLEDGE THAT THE LORD WILL BE ALL THAT YOU NEED HIM TO BE TO A SINCERE HEART. REMEMBER...GOD LOVES YOU. BE BLESSED!
